Although we'd prefer plenty of notice so that we can plan and prepare everything for your event well in advance, it's not unusual for us to be contacted by clients at the last minute if their previous arrangements have fallen through - for example, we recently provided a marquee and full facilities for a 60th birthday party with 150 guests with just a week's notice.
